The Colourful Project in Harpenden
The clients wanted to refresh their kitchen and living area. Using pops of colour and contrasting patterns Emma Gurner turned the space into a relaxing haven.
The owners had the patterned sofa in a more traditional setting in their old house and the designer re-used it in a more contemporary way.
On the other side of the room, there is a play area for the clients' young child. The gorgeous wool rug provides a cosy play mat and the comfortable pouffes are the perfect perching spot to read.
And of course, no one will remain indifferent to the cheerful dining area with pops of blue and yellow.
